My mind, that is! I went crazy when I received the results of my first roll of film with the Canon Canonet 28 (you can see the vintage camera *here in my old blog*). I like the photos much better than the ones I took with *Canon AF35M*, and I used the same film in both of them. I still need to adjust the aperture settings whenever I shoot with low light, but at least now I know how the camera behaves. I'm going to take the Canonet everywhere with me!
Melkein menetin järkeni, kun näin ensimmäisen Canon Canonet 28:lla kuvaamani filmirullan tuotokset (kameran näet *täällä vanhassa blogissani*). Pidän sen jäljestä paljon enemmän kuin kuvista, jotka otin *Canon AF35M:llä*, vaikka käytin molemmissa samaa filmiä. Vielä täytyy säätää aukon kokoa kuvatessani hämärässä, mutta ainakin tiedän nyt miten kyseinen kamera käyttäytyy. Tästä lähtien Canonet kulkee mukanani kaikkialle!
P.S. I am going to need a new scanner. Being a perfectionist, I don't like the way my recent scanner changes the tone of the photos. I also need to look into developing the photos myself - it's so expensive here in Finland. The cheapest place I've found charges about 20Euros for developing a roll of 24 color exposures... Gee! Unless I win the lottery, I cannot afford to shoot film much longer!
P.S. Tarvitsen uuden skannerin. Perfektionistina en pidä siitä, että nykyinen muuttaa kuvien sävyä. Täytyy myös selvittää voisinko ryhtyä kehittämään filmit vedoksineen itse; kuvien teettäminen kun on täällä Suomessa niin himskatin kallista. Halvin paikka, jonka olen löytänyt, veloittaa 24:stä värikuvasta melkein 20Euroa. Huhhuh! Tarvitsen lottovoiton, jos haluan jatkaa harrastustani!
